When you look in the mirror what do you see or more importantly who do you see? The question is very simple, the answer not so much. When I look in the mirror I see the vision of my own worst enemy, MYSELF. For some reason I am hung up on what my life could’ve, should’ve and would’ve been if I hadn’t try to cross that busy street in 1986 at the age of 6 years old. That one brief moment altered my entire existence, it changed everything. Every person out there has that one incident, that one moment that he or she can look back on and say “this changed my whole life forever” for me that moment took place on 4-25-86. The danger with living in the past is that you can become so consumed with it so much so it can destroy you. I don’t tell you this because I got it right but because I got it wrong I am not trying to be anybody’s life coach because I need one myself all I want to do is hopefully help someone in need. I am learning how to live with what is, instead of what if. The name Lawrence Island the second simply means I truly believe people deal with and handle there on problems for themselves and by themselves. If any of you are familiar with the saying no man is an island. I simply believe that, that saying is absolutely FALSE. It’s very true that you will encounter individuals in your life that share similar experiences but no two problems are the same and what works for one person may jot work for the other. Just food for thought but trouble don’t last always.
